Our delivery process

Once you sign up for delivery, we do our best to make it as simple as possible.

Between the 15th and 18th of each month, Tracey will send out emails to all of our delivery customers letting you know we are open for orders.

If you need hay, reply and let Tracey know what you need. If you don’t need anything, feel free to ignore the message. If there are any exceptions for delivery that month (such as Christmas being on the 25th), it will be noted in this email.

All orders MUST be in by the 25th of each month before 5 p.m.

Once we have your order, you will get a confirmation email.

After the 25th of each month, all the orders will be given to Aaron, our independent delivery driver. Once he has planned his routes, he will contact you directly with an estimated delivery window.

Please note: Aaron (our delivery driver) doesn’t accept payments.
They must be made through the Transfeeder office.

First-time deliveries

We recommend having someone on-site to show Aaron where you’d like the hay dropped. If you can’t be there, mark the drop location with flagging tape.

If you have any questions about the actual drop, you’ll be able to call Aaron. He will be happy to answer them.

Delivery typically begins at the start of each month and may extend into mid-month depending on order volume. We recommend keeping at least half a pallet on hand to ensure you’re covered in case of any unforeseen delays.

If you have further questions or concerns, please contact us.
